I work as a consultant – mostly in contact centres and customer service type operations.
Over the years I have set up and managed a number of large customer facing operations in the UK. Recently I have worked with managers at all levels to improve operational performance and manage large-scale change.
In my early career, I was part of the team that developed and launched first direct.
I moved to consultancy in 2004 and have led or worked on projects in both the public and private sectors.
I live in Buckinghamshire, to the west of London. I am an avid football supporter, being a season ticket holder at Sunderland.
